Grupo Agrotecnología obtains the patent of its technology Promicell®

Grupo Agrotecnología, a Spanish biotechnology company based in Orihuela and part of the Rovensa Group, has obtained a patent for its Promicell® technology after being studied for more than two years by the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM).
This technology has been patented in Spain for its product Tec-Fort®, a bioinsecticide based on self-encapsulable natural pyrethrins especially indicated for white fly and greenfly in different crops.

Promicell® is an innovative technology based on the method and procedure for obtaining microbiocapsules from highly stable natural pyrethrins that protects natural pyrethrins from photodegradation and guarantees a powerful shock effect, ensuring dose homogeneity, thus preventing phytotoxicity problems and increasing its stability.

TEC- BOM, of Grupo Agrotecnología, new phytosanitary registration in Portugal

Grupo Agrotecnología, a leading company in the field of biostimulants, biopesticides, biofertilizers and a pioneer in the Zero Residue strategy, has obtained the authorization and phytosanitary registration of the natural insecticide, TEC-BOM, in Portugal. TEC-BOM has already received phytosanitary registration in Spain, Ireland, the United Kingdom and Cyprus. It is expected that next month it will be authorized by Greece and Italy and in 2019 by Morocco. This new phytosanitary registration increases the number of registrations obtained in 2018.
